Gender inequality refers to unequal treatment or perception of persons based on their gender. It's caused by socially imposed gender roles. Despite progress toward gender equality, many challenges remain. Women still have less economic and social opportunities than men.
To advance properly, we must value both genders equally. In all ways, both genders should be equal. Everyone has the right to live their life as they see fit. Your rights are the same whether you are a man or a woman. Men and women must be equal.
Gender imbalance affects everyone, even men. Stereotyping of women, men, girls and boys begins in childhood and continues throughout adulthood. It's still a female issue. When we talk about gender, we mean all genders, including transgender people. Empowering all genders, especially underprivileged ones, allows them to live freely. Inequality between men and women silences people.
Educating people, especially those who are closed-minded, may help. They may insult others without realizing they are offending them. Not insulting women, blacks, natives, LGBTQI or other historically oppressed groups should be tolerated. We can't remain silent in this case. Solicit their assistance in overcoming their prejudices.
